Conservation Seminar

On February 12, 2020, the District hosted a Conservation Seminar at their office in Brookville. This workshop was for the general public to learn more about conservation efforts. Topics presented were Riparian Buffers, Basic Wetland Identification, Erosion and Sediment Control, Well and Spring Protection, and Permitting.

Presenters were from Penn State Extension and the Jefferson Conservation District answered many questions from the attendees.
