The Jefferson Conservation District partnered with DEP, The Redbank Trust, and landowner William Woodall on this project to rebuild a treatment system on a mine discharge.  The low bidder on the project was Jefferson Paving.  Brooks Services was a sub-contractor.
The existing system was failing.
Old system: Open water / wetland and buried limestone
The flow was diverted from the existing system.
